Welcome to Diverse Minds
Therapeutic Practice - A companion in growth and change.
Get accessible and personalised support for your emotional wellbeing online, by telephone or in-person.
Taking the first steps toward therapy is an act of courage. We warmly welcome you to a safe, nurturing space where you will be seen, heard and valued. Here, we invite you at your own pace to explore the narratives that shape your life, the nuances of your experiences and the stories that often go untold.
We hold space for you to bring a range of issues, whether they relate to anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem, life transitions or relationship difficulties. We will support your journey toward healing and rediscovering your authentic self.
We work with most issues but specialise in the following areas:
Domestic abuse
Rape, sexual assault and sexual abuse
Narcissistic abuse
Divorce and separation
Bereavement and loss
Trauma
Childhood abuse
Parenting and family issues
Black, mixed, and multi-heritage issues
Racial trauma
Our Services
Our Approach
Our approach is supportive, thoughtful, and focused on working together. We adopt a person-centred philosophy rooted in empathy, understanding, and unconditional positive regard, believing in everyone's capacity for growth and change.
Providing you with a safe space
At Diverse Minds Therapeutic Practice, we offer in-person, online, and telephone therapy sessions to accommodate a variety of needs.
We understand that home may not be a safe space for everyone or sometimes clients just need a moment to detach from their environment. To support you, we provide access to therapy rooms in the Croydon and Beddington Park areas. In addition to in-person sessions, our online and telephone therapy options allow you to seek support from the comfort and privacy of your own space. Our flexible approaches ensure that you can access the help you need at times that fit your schedule.
We offer daytime and evening appointments, making it easier for you to find support when you need it most.
“ I felt safe enough to take off the mask. You were attentive to what was underneath, and not once did I feel judged.”
